?Thai Nationality
?Education: Graduated high school or bachelor?s degree.
?Previous experience as a Bar Captain in operation or at least 3 years of experience as bartender of a four/five star hotel or recognized restaurant.
?Must possess a basic knowledge of administration procedures on restaurant and bar operations, food and beverage.
?Communicative level of listening and speaking English, also written technical term
?Strong skills on beverage e.g. mixing, stock, cost.
?Must have interpersonal skills, high level of self-initiative and good staff relations.
?Must show flexibility and willingness to work.
?Will be required to work during periods of high business, as a waiter/waitress to ensure that guests are attended to in the quickest time possible
1.To oversee the service of Food and Beverage products, to ensure that they meet the standards as set in the Beverage policy of the Department.
2.To maintain close communication and co-operation within the staff and with associated departments.
3.To supervise the service of all staff in the Beverage, paying special attention to guest service, and recognition.
4.To check daily all operating equipment, furniture, fixtures and all other equipment used within the bar, and to report all necessary repairs or work required, to the Housekeeping and Engineering departments accordingly.
5.To has a full understanding and knowledge of all items that are offered on the menu & beverage list.
6.To be responsible for the protection of all operating equipment and beverage stock, ensuring that all equipment and stock is properly stored, handled and controlled.
